What up, homies?
Game 1 against the Celtics is finally here. It seems like forever since I’ve played a game because of having to miss out on Game 6. But I’m rested and hungry and ready to go tonight in Beantown. We need to jump on these guys from the start.
First, let me tell you guys about some new additions that we have coming to the site. Tweeting last week during Game 6 was really cool. I was amazed how many fans were on there and it keeps growing. I was joking with my boys the other day that I need to go to Tweet-hab now and get some professional help because I’ve been on Twitter so much lately.
OK, to the changes. We’re soon going to start a feature where we have the photos of the week from the fans. You send us your craziest photos and I’ll pick the best five and give you some love here on the site. We’re trying to keep coming up with a lot of new ideas and have the fans tell me what they want to see here on the site.
My Twitter stuff is blowing up these days. There were 10,000 followers last week during Game 6, but it’s close to 14,000 now. Every day when I get home from the gym I’m amazed how many more people have joined up to follow me.
So many people keep going to the website, my Facebook page and my Twitter. I’m just having so much fun with it and I feel like it gives you a look at my life on and off the court.
As for the Celtics, we’re glad we’re playing them. We want to win that championship this year and what better way to get there than to beat the defending champs? We know we can beat these guys ‘cause we did it in the regular season twice. We just have to bring our game and play the way we know we’re capable. When we do that, we feel like we can beat anybody in the NBA.
We actually watched film on K.G. Sunday just in case he plays. Nobody has said for sure that he’s out, so we’re preparing as if he might go. I hope he gets healthy soon.
It should be a great series. We need yall’s support, so hang with us.
