Hey, worrrrllllllldddd!!!! What up, what up???
We’re 3-0 already, so hopefully everybody out there sees how hungry and talented we are. I’m really not that surprised that we’ve gotten off to a fast start and gelled so quickly. We are together because everybody in our locker room knows that we have just one goal … get that championship!!! There are no other agendas, no other goals. It’s all about that ‘ship this season.
We played like a team on Sunday, getting contributions from everybody to make up for not having some guys. VC couldn’t go with his ankle, MP was sick and ‘Shard is still out, but other guys picked up the slack.
‘Meer showed everybody that his shoulder is fine and JJ and Ryan Anderson, aka “The Black Horse,’’ were stroking the ball from the outside.
Ya’ll prolly saw me and my man, Chris Bosh, get tangled up there in the third quarter. I try not to react to those things and retaliate, but sometimes it’s hard when I have guys hanging on me and hacking me.
I had a real scare there in the first half when I had my arm pulled back and my shoulder was on fire. We did some stretches at halftime and I was able to get back in there in the second half. It’s sore already even after I put ice on it after the game, but I’ll be fine. Ya’ll know I got some big shoulders.
Well, we’re off to Detroit for a game on Tuesday. We’re gonna try to get all three on this trip and push it to 4-0 on the season. We’re trying to go out and make a statement every game this season – believe that!!!!
I’m gonna get outta here. Holla back at yo’ boy.

Great Game Big Homie! I was worried for a second..hope you didnt hurt those “Chocolate Shoulders”. Anywho they was hacking you..Crazy..But you handled your self..Alright Mr. Howard I Believe! We are holding you down..Keep itup..Ya number one fan. Remmi
You forgot to mention your free throw shooting. You did a great job from the line. If you can keep that up during the season it will definitely be a deifference maker. There will be no more Hack-a Howard. Have a good game in Detroit.
Let’s go MAGIC!!! DH I think you’re a great person on and off the court. I def know how it feels to have people hangin off ya shoulders in the paint..Totally not cool. Anyways, Good Luck this season. I’ll be watching
P.S Its great we’re starting the season off strong but more importantly we need to end the season STRONG! Tweet me @MzTallGlass

That was a great game vs. Toronto. Everyone on team really stepped up their game. You all play very well together. Looking forward to WIN #4. You guys can do it! Your hunger for the championship really shows. Congrats again! {BTW: Great job on those free throws. I was so proud of you

you should grow spikes on your shoulder D
Dwight!! Thank God your shoulder is ok..what a scare!
The Toronto game was such a great game to see how deep the Magic are. It was nice to see so many players with 20+ points.
Lets get 65+ wins this season!!
I wonder if Dwight actually reads the comments? I post quite a bit for fun and I’m just curious if they get read by anyone other than myself, and the other peeps who post. GO MAGIC!
Yea, I saw how intense it got in the box, but i guess that happens when persons are competing/fighting for position. I’m glad to see that you guys are 3-0 and good luck next game.
Dwight, Orlando is soooooooo lucky to have you! Thanks for reviving the city. I’ve been a fan of the Magic for years but I can honestly say that this is the FIRST time I actually believe that you guys will win the ’ship. Won’t go into why I had my doubts during the Penny/Shaq era b/c it’s so not important. What is important, however, is that I appreciate you and ALL of the Magic players because of the way you guys carry yourselves on and off the court. So much hard work and dedication. You all are constantly breaking records and it’s so nice to see the mission to win EVERY game. The team has so much talent and depth that I wouldn’t be at all surprised to see an 82-0 season. God Bless…Be Magic!!!
Aww manm! Can’t tell you how much it means to us (the fans) for the captain keeping it so real wit da fans by way of this website. It brings a tight circle to the championship that we want to SEE in Orlando!!!
You should ask the coach if he would make an appearance on your web page and twitter?? for every 10-0 win RUN the team accomplices lol..

Dwight, that was a great and intense game..Finally some competition, I like to see when there is competition and you guys really work to win. Its shows you all are hungry and determined when you all win. Right that was a scare with your shoulders, but you bounced back and you finished off the Raptors…Keep up the good work and work as a team to make it to the Finals…We will be rooting for the Magic all the way….You did great with your Free Throws..
Dwight you were on fire last night! I am an avid Raptors supporter but am excited whenever you come to town to play toronto. You were aggressive, rebounded well and attacked the baskeet. But by far the thing that was ther most impressive wsa your free throw shooting ! It was awesome! I idolize you and Chris bosh, you guys are my role models on and off the court! while I am only an 11 yera old girl I have dreams of making it to the Wnba!thanksfor listening, 123 from st John’s Newfoundland Canada

Hi Dwight! I have become such a big basketball fun over the past year and it’s ALL BECAUSE OF YOU!!! My boyfriend and I love you. I go to UCF and we have been to a couple of Magic games last year. This year for Halloween he was YOUU!! He had a Superman cape and everything– with your name on the back. You are a real inspiration and I hope to meet you one day. We’ll definitely be at your games this year, I drive by the New arena every day, can’t wait to see you play in there! Keep up the good work.
Good job guys. Dwight you rock man. Love you guys. im coming to game on friday vs detroit. Holla from Tampaaaaaaaa
Nooo! I’m tore between my two favorite teams. The pistons and the magic! I live near detroit so the pistons are my home team but DH12 is my favorite player!
good luck this year Dwight! I have so much respect for you and the team. Keep it up :]
Hey D I was so proud of you when I saw you do the free throws 3-0 I know you going all the way to the Championship and please don’t scare me like that again ok love you and god bless superman Yuuuuuaaaa
nice game against Toronto:)
i like the way you guys play
here in belgium the basketball is from a lower level that’s why i love to watch the nba and certainly the centers because i play on that position as well
and good luck for the rest of this season
GO MAGIC!!! Keep playing your heart out, Dwight; you are the leader of the team, and you, along with the rest of the Orlando Magic team are going to make it back to the Finals this year, and ya’ll gonna win it too!!
Hey Dwight. Keep up the great work hun!!!
Good game bro hit me up on twttier
OMG, I needed the doctor when I saw you grab your shoulder. Yikes! Nice free throws by the way
.
MAN DWIGHT!
I had my doubts about the Tronto game(Since we have so many key players out) but once again you guys and prove me wrong. Im so Proud and thrilled about our team this year. Each game you guy play, the better we seem to get. I was suprise to see Bosh Flapping at you after seeing and hearing of how good of friends you guys are. You did a great job of keeping composer. Keep it up and rake in another W against Detroit.
Good Luck
Dwight you are a very mature man. It takes a big man to be able to walk away when you feel like fighting back. You are truly one of a kind. I already have my hotel arrangements for your Oklahoma game.I’ll be driving in from KCMO.
Dwight I am amazed at how you keep your cool with all the hacking going on down there. I think they let it happen more to you than most because you are so big. But in my book a foul is a foul no matter how big you are or how much you can take. I appreciate the fact that you don’t let it lessen your game by flopping like so many do. You stand tall and take it. I just wish they would call it now and then!! See you Wednesday –good luck in Detroit
Great focus, keep it up and we’ll be playing for that elusive championship!
You haven’t commented on the Detroit game so I’ll leave my comment here. I don’t know how legit players think Donaghy’s claims are but if you ask me they are very valid. The Piston’s had 22 more free throws tonight, you and Gortat both foul out, and only one Piston player had more than 3 fouls? Interesting.
Dwight I don’t know what it is but you are the only super star in this league that doesn’t get officiated as such. I love the Magic and respect that you don’t flop, but I’m finding it hard to watch games these days. There are simply too many questionable calls in the NBA, it makes watching Magic games extremely irritating. I don’t want to be irritated watching a game, I want to enjoy it. Unfortunately you guys are going to have to beat the officials this year to get far, just like you had to last year. I hope you don’t act on this but I’m afraid the only way you’ll ever start getting better treatment from officials is if you leave Orlando and sign with a big market team. It’s what Stern has turned the NBA into, big market teams get all the breaks, small market teams get shafted.
Tough loss tonight, part of me wants you to lose it and knock someone out and take the suspension..just to send a message to the league that you get slaughtered night in and night out without any protection from the refs. I know you’ll never do it, but I can’t say I’d be upset if you did.
I agree with the above post. Personally I cannot see why you would not want to make an effort in this regard anyway. Only the other day, at work we had exactly the same conversation and came to a similar decision
