I loved being able to go through that journey with you through your tweets and video to us. I got more followers during that time, because they didn’t now what we were tweeting about and some of your answers to me left too much to the imagination. lol It was ALL totally innocent people, TOTALLY! He quite the gentleman.
I asked you in one of them, “Rachakaloislane @DwightHoward what is the most important thing you think you will take from this experience?” and you responded, “DwightHoward @Rachakaloislane it’s not enuff space on here to do a response” That response to me said it all. I could hear the excitement and emotion in your voice when you talked about the different experiences you had and the people. Oh! and you told me that you petted a BIG lion too! Not just a cub! I got that tweet to prove it also now. Thank you for sharing that experience with us once again. Peace and Love Yuuuaaa!
soney bobnay yea boo? whats up boo that’s why I love you
You are such an inspiration to people all around the world. I know you want to win a championship, but you are already a champion. You have proven many times over there is a lot more to Dwight David Howard Jr. than just basketball. People can give money, but sometimes giving your time means a lot more. You have a heart of gold Dwight and when it’s all said and done, the legacy you leave behind for being a man will mean more to people than what you did for basketball. Much Love and Respect.
God will always bless you for remaining so humble. So many celebrities don’t know how to handle the fame but you are one of a kind. You don’t succumb to the peer pressure. You just keep it real.
Wow that was pretty amazing…
Dwight, you are such a sweet heart. God is using you and you are truly his vessel. I hope you continue to do the work God has called you to do and I hope you continue to receive God’s Favor on your life. You are correct money isn’t everything and in the state that we are in right now, God wants our faithfulness. Thanks for showing the world that you are faithful and just in the word of GOD! Thanks for sharing this story. Take care and much love and respect!
Love anything to do with seeing Africa up close and personal. Kudos to you for sharing. Oh, I also enjoyed the “Coming to America” imitation.
That was so touching to see you in Africa. Your spending your free time to encourage and motivate those other youths to possibly oneday make it to the NBA. They dont have much but they are happy and they dont complain. That should of been very humbling and it would of brought tears to my eyes if I ever get a chance to experience that. Keep up the good work, you do alot of volunteering and give to the Charity and thats Great. I never hear anything negative about you and your always a positive person and stay that way. I felt like I was in Africa with you through the videos and photos and that meant alot for you to share that with us and we really appreciate that…We love you..your a great guy.
Awll..thanks for the video’s dwight. WOW I REALLY HAVE NO WORDS FOR THAT VIDEO..it was awesome!!
One of the best vids you have shared with us! Thank you. I am going to plan a trip to Africa (hmmmm)
this video really epitomizes the real you…you are such a great inspiration to all and you are AMAZING!!!…most people say that your heart is made of gold…but it is made of PLATINUM in my eyes…a rareity that most men in this league, better yet in this world do not portray!!!….YOU ARE AWESOME!!!!
I LAUGHED, I SMILED, I TEARED UP! THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL CLIP OF YOU IN AFRICA. PEOPLE NEED TO SEE HOW IT IS BACK HOME. THEY WERE SO HAPPY. THATS TRUE HAPPINESS. DONT NEED MONEY OR FAME TO PUT SMILES ON THEIR FACES!…
Thanks for sharing another part of “the world” and of “your world” with us. A person does not have to meet You to see that you have a big heart. It shows in all of the big and the little things that you do. You bring alot of smiles on people’s faces wherever you go that’s a blessing.
Dwight, this video is bringing tears to my eyes. It’s beautiful.
Love U
this amazing what you are doing
Well, my english isn’t very good, but it doesn’t matter! I try….
I come from Guadeloupe (F.W.I.), and I can say basketball isn’t as popular as soccer here. I wanna thank you for being such a model of love and simplicity for these children, spending time with them, even if youare such a busy big player and got a lot of money ! I’m proud of being a black christian girl, when I see what you do !
God bless !
Beautiful!
THANK YOU FOR SHARING THIS WONDERFUL VIDEO OF YOUR EXPERIENCE IN SOUTH AFRICA! I WAS OVERWHELMED WITH EMOTIONS WHILE WATCHING IT. THANK YOU FOR CARING AND TAKING THE TIME TO GIVE BACK.

Hey Dwight. I know you visited the country last year but it’s only now that I downloaded Flashplayer to see the videos. I just wanna thank you so much for coming through. Believe it or not, you changed ALOT of lives.
I hope your season at the Magic is going great for you right now. And I can’t wait to see you in the olympics again in 2012.
